Applicable to online instructor-led courses only (not self-learning, workshops, seminars, or any offline training).
If an education loan was taken, the participant bears the cancellation fee of the respective company.
Share feedback immediately after the class.
Session 1 attendance is mandatory (live participation).
Email us officially at info@iisskillsacademy.com within 24 hours.
If session recordings/materials or any digital property from the LMS were downloaded, refund cannot be claimed.
Refunds are processed to the original payment source; banks may take up to 10 working days.
In any other case, fees are non-refundable.
